Select the evaluation path that fits your goal. Program pages list what is included, what a provider reviews, and safety information before you start.

Complete your online medical intake
You answer a structured health questionnaire through our secure intake. Where labs are required, you complete them at a partner draw site.

A licensed provider reviews your case
A US-licensed provider reviews your history, symptoms, and labs. If treatment is clinically appropriate, a plan is issued and shipped discreetly to your door.

Ongoing support and follow-up
Programs are designed to include secure messaging and scheduled follow-up reviews so your provider can adjust the plan over time.
